The rigs are generated by puppetSoul, so the final animation "Ctrl" too.
On all of the Monks dedicated to build stuffs, you will find a -cs (or -curveScale) option. This means you can scale the size of the factory control.
But for the main Ctrls, it's not enough. Riggers want to put their custom shapes.
How to do that?
