Build fingers

• name: Name of the monk
• ikName: Name of the previous Monk (PUPbuildArm) that comes before the foot
• ankle: Ankle of the foot
• Heel : Hell of the foot (a locator)
• mainToe : the toe of the middle, bigger toe
• mainBall: the middle place of the toe from the bigger toe. Where the foot bend.
• fingers : all base for the fingers
• thumb : the ‘thumb’, the last reverse toe
